RIP Imageprint 11 - Medienauswahl korrekt (Velvet Fine Art bei Hähnemühle Fine Art Baryta)?
Hallo,
kennt sich hier jemand eventuell mit Imageprint gut aus? Wenn ich in IP ein Grau-Profil auswähle, z. B. für Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta, wird unter ERWEITERT - OPTIONEN als Medientyp "Velvet Fine Art" eingestellt. Vom Hersteller wird "Epson Premium Luster" allerdings empfohlen. Ist diese Einstellung von IP korrekt?

ob das korrekt ist kann dir nur Colorbyte bestätigen. ...was zu 99,97% so sein dürfte
Ich habe vom SCP900 zum IPG1100 gewechselt und benutze Imageprint Black "The ImagePrint 13.0 build 13.0.8 (macOS)"
- Hahnenmühle FineArt Baryta: Highest/Grau
- CP1100pkGray_HnFABrt_HstG.icm
Hier ist der Papiertyp Baryta Photo PaperWie ist denn das Druckergebnis?

das Druckergebnis ist soweit okay. Ich habe den Support vo n Colorbyte kontaktiert und hier ist deren Antwort:
"Media type parameter for P800 printer in ImagePrint does not define the kind of the black ink; it only controls the media feed. Since Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta is much thicker than any Epson photo paper from the Media Type list, we used thicker fine art paper for the media type to let the printer know about paper thickness. The Inkset parameter in ImagePrint controls if photo or matte black ink is used on P800."
Ist also woh okay so.
